PRICE OF SHIPPING?

Shipping within the US is $7.00

Shipping outside the US is $14.99 per order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. If you need expedited shipping please contact us by email [email protected] or message us on IG @LUXEDOLLS.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent with your tracking number.

RETURNS?

We Except any returns for any reason. Must be within 10 days after the item has been delivered. Once returned, the item is inspected, it will take about 3-5 days to process the return. You will then receive an email with a code to use for the store credit. Buyer must pay for the return shipping & for the exchange shipping once code is issued.

NO REFUNDS!!! There will be a 20% restocking fee if we receive the item after the 10 days.  Anything after 15 days will NOT be accepted.
